March 29, 2023 Disturbance - At 12:01 am, the reporting party advised of two people fighting at 747 N. Oak. Subject left southbound on Oak on foot, no description.

Officer advised it was all verbal.

Assault - At 1:57 am, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to her intoxicated daughter that was in the area of Meadowbrook Village and was assaulting her. Officer advised the problem half was gone on arrival.

Accident - At 7:54 am, a two vehicle accident occurred in the area of 1505 E. Hubbard. One vehicle was in the ditch flipped on its side. EMS responded. Vehicle’s towed.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 12:46 pm, the reporting party requested to speak to an officer in reference to a suspicious male that shows up at Victory Worship Center. Problem half was not currently there.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle At 2:52 pm, the reporting party at Walmart requested a no trespass issued to a last of Coker. He also requested EMS for his legs being broken, but he walked into the store. No trespass was issued and subject was transported by EMS to ER.

Check for Wanted - A 911 reporting party advised of an Austin Duncan that was at Paradise Apartments and has local warrants. Officer #46 took Austin Duncan, 03/1996, for City warrants for defective equipment, petit larceny, and assault and battery.

Disturbance - At 6:11 pm, the reporting party advised her neighbors were fighting at Pioneer Woman Inn. Both halves separated, it was a verbal disagreement.

Reckless Driver - At 8:40 pm, the reporting party advised of a black Ford with Texas tag NBN1972 that was swerving in the middle of the roadway at 14th and Hartford.

Hit and Run Accident - At 9:08 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a hit and run that occurred at El Patio. A Hyundai Accent with the tag NDJ705 hit the reporting party’s white Dodge Crewcab truck and left in an unknown direction.

Attempt to Locate - At 11:01 pm, a vehicle was stolen out of Stillwater from a dealership. It has no tag. Be on the lookout for a black 2020 Cadillac Escalade. If located, contact Stillwater Police Department. Vehicle was entered into NCIC.

March 30, 2023 Disturbance - At 12:39 am, the reporting party advised of hearing three or four gunshots to the southeast of 2400 Chapel Hill Road.

Fraud - At 2:56 am, the manager at McDonald’s advised there were subjects in a blue 4-door car that gave them a fake 100 bill. Subjects left in an unknown direction.

Traffic Stop - At 7:29 am, a traffic stop occurred at Highland and Poplar. Budget towed the vehicle, and Officer #58 took Keith Hall, 04/1987, into custody for his local warrants.

Reckless Driver - At 7:35 am, the reporting party advised of a white Honda CRV traveling westbound from South and 10th and swerving. The reporting party advised the suspect vehicle was crossing markers and continued traveling westbound from the underpass. Tag was IJN922.

Accident - At 8:22 am, a two vehicle accident, with no injuries, occurred at Ponca City Armory and was blocking the roadway.

Reckless Driver - At 12:14 pm, the reporting party advised of a black Mitsubishi with a Cherokee tag CG3819 that was traveling at high rates of speed on Joe from Bradley. Vehicle ran the stop light.

Welfare Check - At 1:07 pm, the reporting party requested an odor investigation at Highland underpass. Not a gas odor, it was believed the odor was leftover from a homeless camp that was set up just north of the tracks.

Reckless Driver - At 1:47 pm, the reporting party advised of a red Honda CRV traveling at high rates of speed eastbound on Hartford near Sonic. Tag was ADK630.

Reckless Driver - At 2:36 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a black Dodge truck driving slowly northbound on Lake. Driver was screaming at a woman walking a dog, then turned eastbound on Highland.

Disturbance - At 4:28 pm, a 911 reporting party requested an officer in reference to a group of subjects yelling at each other at 716 N. Elm. There was a baseball bat. The reporting party advised there was a female in a blue and white shirt last seen walking northbound on Elm. Information was taken for a report.

Fight in Progress - At 5:20 pm, the reporting party advised of a large group of juveniles that were assaulting (kicking) a juvenile that is on the ground near Highland at 5th Street Park. Officer spoke to all parties involved and no one wants to press charges.

Reckless Driver - At 5:34 pm, the reporting party advised of two silver trucks racing northbound on 14th from 14th and Grand.

Assault - At 5:48 pm, an employee at Via Christi requested an officer in reference to assault allegations.

Disturbance - The reporting party on 911 requested an officer in reference to their husband, who was destroying property in the 800 block of N. Oak. Advised he was still inside the residence.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle - Multiple reporting parties advised of a juvenile riding a mini bike in the field at Trout Elementary School.

Accident - At 7:12 pm, a two vehicle accident occurred in the roadway at Highway 60 and Waverly with possible injuries.

Reckless Driver - At 9:22 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a white Ford swerving all over the roadway at Hartford and Union, driver was possibly intoxicated. Last seen northbound on Union.

Disturbance - At 9:35 pm, multiple reporting parties advised of a possible gunshot south of the 100 block of S. Osage. Another reporting party advised it was possible fireworks.
