March 10, 2023 Miscellaneous - An officer was looking for a stolen vehicle in the 700 block of E. Albany at 12:22 am.

Pursuit - At 1:15 am, an officer was in pursuit with a stolen vehicle. Vehicle was abandoned at Meadowbrook Village and released to the owner.

Disturbance - At 4:31 am, the reporting party advised he heard three gunshots from the area of 610 S. 5th.

Hit and Run Accident - At 8:02 am, the reporting party advised of a black Honda Accord that rear ended their vehicle at 14th and Prospect. Suspect vehicle was going northbound on 14th.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 10:50 am, the reporting party on 911 requested an officer in reference to a group of juveniles walking toward the Baptist church at 304 N. 6th. Advised that one had a gun and was waving it around.

Pick- up Lost/Found - At 2:28 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to having found a knife and bayonet in the back of his truck. The items do not belong to him.

Disturbance - At 5:59 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to an intoxicated subject throwing property around in the area of 213 N. 11th. Female half got in a disagreement and then left. Officer #38 took Clifford LeClair, 04/1988, for domestic assault and battery.

Accident - At 7:33 pm, a two vehicle accident occurred at 4th and Emporia. Ambulance was en-route.

Vandalism - At 7:43 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a black Chevy Malibu that was vandalized at 301 W. Hartford.

Accident - A three vehicle accident involving a possibly intoxicated driver in a white Nissan Pathfinder at 2205 Joe at 8:26 pm. Male was trying to leave, problem half was in front of 2208 Joe.

March 11, 2023 Disturbance - At 12:01 am, the reporting party advised she heard people yelling in the area of 602 S. 9th. She walked outside and five juveniles were yelling at the reporting party. Juveniles were walking northbound on 9th.

Reckless Driver - At 12:35 am, a vehicle was speeding up and down Ash from Hartford. Vehicle was slamming on their brakes and speeding.

Accident - At 2:03 am, the reporting party advised of a vehicle in a field south of Ash and Hartford that looks as though it had been in an accident. There was nobody around and the vehicle was running. An accident report was taken, Warners NNP towed the vehicle. Officer searched the area and was unable to locate the driver.

Reckless Driver - At 1 pm, the reporting party advised of an elderly woman in a white Mercury was driving in the wrong direction at Waverly and Grand. Last seen eastbound on Grand with the tag ARK105.

Reckless Driver - At 1:34 pm, a black GMC Dualy with Kaw Nation tags was last seen eastbound speeding in the area of Highland and Osage.

Disturbance - At 3:18 pm, the reporting party advised of multiple subjects out front at 345 Lake threatening the reporting party. The reporting party advised they had knives and a backpack with weapons inside.

Theft/Shoplifting - At 4:04 pm, an employee at Atwoods requested an officer in reference to a shoplifter from the previous day.

Extra Patrol - At 7:17 pm, the reporting party requested an extra patrol in reference to heavy foot traffic in the area of 205 S. Lincoln.

Welfare Check - At 8:34 pm, the reporting party requested a welfare check on a male subject laying on the ground at 112 N. 1st. Subject was on the ground and possibly intoxicated. Officer #34 took Joshua Allen, 10/1983, into custody for public intoxication.

Theft/Shoplifting - At 9:59 pm, a male shoplifter wearing a black hoodie with a white mask and black hat was leaving by the exit door by the toy section at Walmart. This led to the outside on the auto side. Subject was possibly in the field to the west.

Disturbance - At 10:49 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to subjects on motorcycles at A and Whitlock racing up and down the street.
