Sunday, March 5 Suspicious Person/Vehicle

- At 12:21 am, the reporting party advised there were subjects hanging around tools behind the apartments at 715 Monument. Reporting party thought it was suspicious. Officer made contact with seven subjects. They were playing hide and seek.

Burglary - At 5:46 am, the reporting party advised her vehicle was broken into at 1412 McGraw Drive.

Check for Wanted - At 10:30 am at 5th and Summit, Officer #43 took Mario Lockett into custody for his Kay County warrants for felony possession of controlled dangerous substance.

Extra Patrol - At 12:06 pm, the reporting party requested an extra patrol in the 700 block of N. Elm in reference to heavy foot traffic in the alley. One subject was in a red shirt and carrying a trash can full of items while provoking dogs by yelling in the alley.

Fight in Progress - At 3:23 pm, a group of juveniles were fighting behind the school on the north side of Liberty Elementary, unknown weapons. Officer made contact and advised they were just playing around.

Accident - At 3:56 pm, a two vehicle accident occurred the in roadway at 312 S. 10th. No injuries. Both halves exchanged information.

Traffic Stop - At 7:55 pm, a traffic stop occurred in the 500 block of W. Central. Officer #29 took Brandon Bonner, 03/1992, into custody for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, $10,000 and Rule 8 on the same charge $200.

Disturbance - At 8:30 pm, the reporting party advised of a possible fight in the 300 block of S. Oak. A male wearing a bright orange shirt was carrying a baseball bat and multiple subjects were yelling. This was a dispute between roommates and half halves were separated.

Arrest - At 9:54 pm, Officer #24 took Austin Davis, 06/1995 for larceny of merchandise from retailer.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 10:22 pm, the reporting party advised that someone was trying to break into her residence at Meadowbrook Village. Unknown description. The reporting party advised they ran off when she opened her door in an unknown direction of travel.
