Domestic - At 7:07 am on March 1, the reporting party advised a female in a black hoodie and gray sweatpants was hitting a male subject in a gray sweatshirt in the 200 block of S. Elm.

Accident - At 11:53 am, a two vehicle minor accident occurred in the roadway at 2615 N. 14th. Vehicles moved into the parking lot. Officer #48 advised both vehicles were driven away from the scene.

Assault - The reporting party requested an officer in reference to a domestic that occurred at 2501 N. 14th at 1:13 pm. Officer #58 advised this happened outside of PCPD jurisdiction. Spoke with Blackwell and passed along information.

Vandalism - The owner at Gregg’s Mini Storage requested an officer in reference to having some video footage of a vandalism that took place a couple weeks ago.

Domestic - At 2:15 pm, the reporting party advised of a domestic between a male and a female in the area of 407 S. 12th. Officer #43 took Bobbie Johnson, 08/1977, into custody for recommit assault and battery, and public intoxication.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 4:02 pm, the reporting party advised someone was trying to get into his residence at 915 S. 11th. Officer #13 took Robert Hardiman, 07/1970, for Kay County and Osage County warrants.

Options - At 5:20 pm, the reporting party requested options on lewd acts. The reporting party requested an extra patrol in the alley to the east of 1413 N. 7th.

Fight in Progress - At 6:34 pm, a 911 reporting party advised of male subjects physically fighting with unknown weapons at 808 W. Central. One subject was not wearing a shirt and a red truck was following them. Both subjects were eastbound on Central. Another caller advised the male was at Central and Palm. Subject was northbound with no shirt on.

Welfare Check - A 911 reporting party requested a welfare check on a male subject wearing a jean jacket and has a lime green bag. Subject was lying on the sidewalk at 1015 N. Union at 6:42 pm. Officer #38 took Ponca Warrior, 03/1977, for public intoxication.

Miscellaneous - At 9:31 pm, Officer #32 advised of smoke in the area of 14th and Hazel. Smoke was coming from a backyard fire pit.
