Fireworks - At 10:04 pm on Jan. 14, the reporting party advised of fireworks at 75 Elmwood.

Extra Patrol - At 10:27 pm, the reporting party requested an extra patrol in reference to suspicious subjects that previously attempted to get into their shed at 516 N. Palm.

Reckless Driver - At 12:14 am on Jan. 15, the reporting party advised of a white Charger heading northbound from Waverly and South that was swerving all over the road.

Disturbance - At 12:14 am, the reporting party advised there were six males chasing a guy upstairs at 2201 N. 14th. Reporting party advised they shot into this apartment, then ran southbound on foot. The reporting party could not tell what they were wearing. Officer advised there was no victim or suspects, but they did find shell casings. Officer #44 took a report.

Domestic - At 2:04 am, the reporting party advised of a physical domestic in the front yard at 301 N. Flormable. A lightly colored car was stopped in the roadway, a subject got out of the vehicle and continued the physical domestic. The reporting party called back and advised the male half left in a white Malibu heading northbound, then eastbound on Highland. Female declined medical. Officer took Aaron Lopez, 33-years old, into custody for domestic assault and battery.

Public Service - At 7:51 am, the reporting party called in reference to finding possible evidence from the previous night’s shooting. Officer #15 took additional information for #44’s report.

Vandalism - At 9:55 am, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to vandalism to Saint John Baptist Church on 1009 S. 11th. The reporting party advised of a broken window.

Accident - At 4:43 pm, a two vehicle accident occurred at Aldi’s, unknown injuries.

Accident - At 5:23 pm, a two vehicle accident occurred between a red vehicle and a white vehicle in the median at Highway 60 and W. South. Advised, there were injuries.

Intoxicated Driver - At 8:53 pm, a contact reporting party at Valero on 400 E. South advised of a possibly intoxicated driver in a grey Dodge HSV110. Time lapse of 30 minutes. The reporting party wanted to advise an officer of an incident that occurred earlier.

Burglary - At 10:57 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to stolen meds and cash from 212 N. Sunset. Officer took a report for burglary.

Disturbance - At 6:36 am on Jan. 16, the reporting party advised of people in the backyard at 1115 S. 6th that have been drinking all night and screaming. Officer advised they are going to keep it down.

Theft/Shoplifting - At 9:52 am, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to the theft of a gun and knives from 533 Airline.

Vandalism - At 10:24 am, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to destruction of city property at the new Mertz building at 1701 N. Waverly.

Accident - At 11:33 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a minor two vehicle accident at 738 N. 3rd.

Options - The reporting party requested an officer in reference to a civil issue with neighbors in the area of 829 N. 1st. Officer made contact with both halves, gave options to both sides. Trespass issued to both sides.

Disturbance - At 2:03 pm, ONG requested an officer in reference to an elderly couple that will not let them into a house at 827 N. Oak. There is a possible gas leak. Officers responded and got ONG inside.

Accident - At 6:31 pm, a male went to the reporting party requesting an ambulance for a bicycle accident. Advised, the male was covered in blood. Advised this happened at 13th Street, last of Oakes was checked out by EMS.

Welfare Check - At 8:16 pm, a smaller white Hatchback was speeding southbound at Ames and Princeton, then slammed on its brakes and stopped at the end of the cul-de-sac. The reporting party believes they saw car parts falling off the vehicle. Warners towed a white 2017 Chevy Cruse. State accident taken.

Hit and Run Accident - At 10:10 pm, a black Chevy Equinox with the tag GMQ417 hit the reporting party’s grey Toyota Camry, then fled. The reporting party followed subjects to the parking lot of Pizza Inn. No injuries.

Extra Patrol - At 12:37 am on Jan. 17, the reporting party requested an extra patrol in the area of 211 S. 7th in reference to an ex-boyfriend that might come by and vandalize her vehicle.

Trespassing - At 9:59 am, an employee at the Dollar General on 729 N. 14th requested an officer in reference to a female that was trespassing.

Assault - The reporting party in the lobby requested an officer in reference to an assault that occurred last week. Officer made contact with the reporting party. No report for now, will call back if the reporting party decides to file a report.

Robbery - At 12:09 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a robbery that occurred an hour ago at 1016 N. 2nd. Officer took information for a report.

Vandalism - At 12:17 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a female that broke the windows out of a vehicle at 1000 N. Oak, then left southbound on foot wearing a maroon jumpsuit. Officer made contact with the reporting party, the reporting party declined to file a report. Unable to locate female.

Extra Patrol - At 1:34 pm, the reporting party requested an extra patrol in reference to speeders in the parking lot at Walmart.

Accident - At 1:44 pm, a two vehicle minor accident occurred at 1311 S. 9th.

Theft/Shoplifting - At 2:53 pm, an employee at Lowes requested an officer in reference to theft.

Accident - A two vehicle accident occurred at Donner and Turner at 3:04 pm. Vehicles were still in the roadway.

Check for Wanted - Annabelle Warrior, 12/13/2002, has confirmed Kay County warrants for misdemeanor breaking and entering, unlawful intent, and city warrants for driving under suspension (DUS) and failure to comply with insurance. Officer #43 took Annabelle Warrior into custody for Kay County and city warrants.

Traffic Stop - At 5:07 pm, Officer #58 took Savon Johnson, 09/2002, into custody for Kay County confirmed warrants for fishing without a license. Officer #58 also took Nathaniel Marshall, 06/2002, into custody.

Attempt to Locate - Be on the lookout in reference to an attempted abduction at the Lowe’s parking lot in Bartlesville. The vehicle is a dark red or maroon Jeep Cherokee with the tag JJY864. This vehicle is occupied by two male subjects. Driver was a male with dark complexion with facial hair wearing a camo hoodie and gray pants. Vehicle checks back to a Bridgette Hennings, who claims she sold the vehicle. If contact is made, detain for criminal investigation and contact Bartlesville Police Department at 918-338-4001.

Check for Wanted - Chris Sfragidas, 04/17/1976, has confirmed Kay County warrants for felony domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, city confirmed warrants for possession of marijuana, and Osage County warrants for malicious injury to property, public intoxication, and disturbing the peace.

Assault - At 7:23 pm, an employee at Ponca Nursing and Rehab requested an officer in reference to an assault.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 8:53 pm, the reporting party advised of a male punching a white Chevy truck wearing a black hoodie at 2100 N. Union. No damage was done to the vehicle.

Traffic Stop - A traffic stop occurred at Grand and Palm at 10:22 pm. Officer took Robert Kendrick, 20-years old, into custody for unlawful carry, possession of controlled dangerous substance, possession of paraphernalia, affix improper tag, and failure to pay taxes. Vehicle towed by Budget.
