Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 12:01 am on Jan. 5, the reporting party advised of witnessing four subjects jumping over a fence at 844 N. Palm.

Extra Patrol - At 5:34 am, the reporting party requested an extra patrol in reference to suspicious vehicle in the alley near 2008 N. 7th.

Fire - At 6:44 am, the reporting party advised of a bathroom fire at 320 S. Ash.

Traffic Stop - At 10:30 am, a traffic stop occurred at 1715 E. Prospect. Officer #38 advised the driver was cited and released. Options were given. The vehicle was legally parked and someone has picked up the driver.

Arrest - At 3:27 pm, Officer #25 took Talon Delodge, 06/1998, into custody for no drivers license.

Check for Wanted - Whitney Bolling, 12/06/1998, has warrants for larceny of merchandise from a retailer of wholesale, failure to equip bicycle with rear lamp, larceny of merchandise from retailer or wholesale totaling $1585.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 5:13 pm, the Postmaster requested an officer in reference to juveniles riding skateboards in front of the Post Office. Postmaster advised they were damaging property and wanted them moved along.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 9:13 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a male wearing a gray shirt and looking into windows in the area of 609 N. Oak.

Hit and Run Accident - At 9:20 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a hit and run located in the north end of the parking lot at Ponca City High School.

Runaway Child - At 10:33 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a runaway 13-year old male, 5’9’’ in height and 195 pounds. Last seen wearing a yellow hoodie and black jeans around 8 pm on Jan. 5. Unable to locate juvenile. Juvenile was entered into NCIC.

Welfare Check - At 11:36 pm, the reporting party requested a welfare check on a dog that was tied up with no food or water in the area of the 700 block of E. Grand. Welfare checked okay, dog was not malnourished and has been brought inside.
