Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 1:21 am on Jan. 4, the reporting party advised of a subject with a flashlight that was rummaging around near 322 S. Osage. This location was advised to be condemned. Officer located an open door, cleared the building and found it to be unoccupied. Door was secured.

Accident - At 7:55 am, a two vehicle minor accident occurred at Po-Hi. Roadway was cleared. Officer #39 was on scene and took over.

Attempt to Locate - Be on the lookout for a stolen vehicle from the Blackwell area, a silver 2000 model Acura 4-door with tinted windows, the tint is starting to bubble and the clear coat is peeling. Tag is LOB418, vehicle was stolen out of Blackwell around 8:30 am on Jan. 4. Vehicle was possibly running with a gray Prius 4-door Hatchback with the back passenger tire being a donut or not having a hub cap. Vehicle was occupied by a white male last seen wearing a black stocking cap with a black jacket, jeans and a backpack. Vehicle was taken with a quarter tank of fuel. Vehicle was not entered into NCIC at this time.

Accident - At 11:53 am, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a minor two vehicle accident that occurred in the roadway at 1501 E. Prospect.

Vandalism - At 12:57 pm, the reporting party was in the lobby in reference to vandalism at 523 S. Waverly.

Accident - At 2:01 pm, the reporting party on 911 requested an officer in reference to an elderly female that hit his car at Hobby Lobby.

Traffic Stop - A traffic stop occurred in the 100 block of S. 4th at 3:01 pm. Officer #42 took Timothy Cockrum, 05/1985, into custody for Washington County warrants.

Arrest - At 3:42 pm, Officer #24 took Steven Hartness, 05/1978, into custody for petit larceny and possession of meth.

Accident - A two vehicle accident with injuries occurred at 1115 E. Prospect at 5:29 pm.

Man with Weapon - At 10:40 pm, an employee requested an officer in reference to a female with a knife wearing brown sweats, a blue hoodie, and brown boots at 421 E. Hartford. Employee would like her removed from the property, advised she tried to steal something. The female was moved along.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 10:47 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a suspicious older model SUV that was circling the neighborhood at near 211 N. Ash. Advised, a male subject got out of the vehicle and they were unsure where he went.
