- At 7:44 am on Dec. 12, the reporting party advised of a maroon vehicle that appeared to have the gas siphoned out of it at 823 N. Sunset. Vehicle has no plates. The reporting party thought this was suspicious. Officer #29 confirmed it was out of Bartlesville. NNP Action towed the vehicle.

Domestic - At 9:48 am, the reporting party advised of a domestic in the area of 320 N. Oak. Male subject had a shovel, female had a knife. Both halves separated, male was going to find somewhere else to stay for the day, he was using the shovel to get into the residence.

Assault - At 9:59 am, Officer #20 requested a case number for assault and battery at East Middle School.

Theft/Shoplifting - The reporting party advised of a female with a large bag that was possibly shoplift at Homeland on 2005 N. 14th. Subject was wearing a red and black flannel shirt, black hat, and huge hoop earrings. Employees advised they didn’t actually see her conceal anything, just thought she may have. Officer #24 advised he would be checking the area for her, unable to locate and unknown if there was a crime committed.

Extra Patrol - At 11:38 am, the reporting party requested an extra patrol in the area of 408 N. Palm in reference to a reckless driver in a large white SUV.

Theft/Shoplifting - At 2:19 pm, the reporting party advised of a male with a brown hoodie that was in her car at 509 N. Irving. Last seen eastbound on Highland. Subject did not steal something. Officer #52 took Alex Ortiz, 10/2004, for burglary - third degree, and possession of marijuana without a license.

Arrest - At 2:27 pm, Officer #20 took a juvenile male into custody for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and possessing any firearm or weapon on school property or in a school bus or vehicle. Juvenile was released on an Office of Juvenile Affairs promise to appear.

Traffic Stop - A traffic stop occurred at 5th and Fresno at 4:21 pm. Officer #24 took Heather Wilcox, 11/1975, into custody for operating with expired registration, failure to comply with insurance, petit larceny, indirect contempt with court, and driving under suspension (DUS).

Traffic Stop - A traffic stop occurred at Oak and Oklahoma at 9:15 pm. Officer #48 took Ransom Ryan, 01/2000, into custody for confirmed Kay County warrants for felony robbery - 2nd degree, burglary - 2nd degree, malicious injury to property. And for city warrants for operating without being licensed - 1st offense, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia.

Traffic Stop - A traffic stop occurred in the 200 block of N. Pine at 11:19 pm. Officer #47 took Chris Abbott, 09/1984, into custody for DUS - 2nd offense or more, failure to comply with insurance 4th offense, and carrying or possessing a firearm by convicted felon.
