Penguins and their handlers from Tanganyika Wildlife Park came to Ice on the Plaza on Sat., Dec 10. Citizens of the community crowded downtown as two members of Tanganyika Wildlife informed the crowd about penguins and their ways of life. During that, the people of Ponca City were able to interact with the animals.
