Oklahoma Supreme Court to hear arguments in Native American tax case
Oct. 20—The state’s highest court will hear oral arguments in a tax dispute related to the taxation of Native Americans in eastern Oklahoma.
Judges with the Oklahoma Supreme Court agreed to hear oral arguments in Alicia Stroble v. Oklahoma Tax Commission and has scheduled in person argument for Jan. 17, 2024.
