THE KAY County Youth Pageant hosted a beauty pageant on Saturday, July 1 in Blackwell. Kinzleigh Larimer, age 3 of Ponca City, won within her age division for ages 3 to 5. She was crowned Miss Explosion for this upcoming season, and will participate in local parades to help promote Kay County Youth Pageants in the area. She has said her favorite thing about winning Miss Explosion was her crown and being able to do her princess wave on stage.
