A Home Food Preservation Workshop will be held from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm on August 10 at the Kay County OSU Extension Center, 226 S Maple, Newkirk, OK. The workshop is sponsored by the Kay, Logan, and Noble OSU Extension Centers. Participants will learn how to properly use a pressure canner and hot water bath canner.
