Ponca City Arts and Humanities Council is excited to again host 80’s tribute band Dead Metal Society in concert on Saturday, June 11 at 8:00 pm (doors open at 7:00) at the Poncan Theatre, 104 E. Grand. For those fans who like 80’s rock and metal hits, you are going to love Dead Metal Society. DMS will be playing all your favorite songs by bands such as Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, Whitesnake, Guns N Roses, Motley Crue, KISS, AC/DC to name just a few. Dead Metal Society, Oklahoma’s premier 80’s rock band, always plays at Rocklahoma so you know how good they are! Just like the band, the audience should feel free to rock their best 80’s clothes and hair. The Poncan Theatre will be selling wine, beer and seltzers for those patrons age 21 and over, along with regular concession items. Band members of Dead Metal Society are Todd Sexx on vocals, Ben Shredd on guitar, Mark Scarlett on guitar, 9 on bass guitar, and Jason Gilardi on drums.
