Body Sculpt — This total body, high intensity program utilizes free weights, resistance band, and your own body weight to tone and sculpt your physique. Modifications are available.

Cardio Jam — Increase your heart rate while staying motivated by the instructor! Cardio Jam offers a wide variety of physical fitness exercises, body weight movement, and light weight training. Beginners to advanced participants are welcome.

Cardio Kickbox — This group fitness class combines martial arts techniques with fast— paced cardio. This high— energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories while building lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

Cycling — Cycling is a great way to improve strength, endurance, and improve your cardiovascular system while performing at your own pace. All ranges of abilities can feel comfortable while riding into health and wellness.

Cycle Sculpt — Cardio Exercise on the spin bike that includes weight interval sets with 4, 6 or 9 pound body bars. Cycle Sculpt concentrates on whole body strength and conditioning.

Fit Body Bootcamp and Body Shock Bootcamp — Strength, toning, cardiovascular exercise, fitness customization, and nutrition are all components of this specialty class. All fitness levels are welcome. The instructor is able to modify exercise method to accommodate individual needs. (additional fee class)

Fitness Boxing — This is a 1—hour, non—contact program combining the benefits of strength training and cardio workouts. Cardiovascular physical fitness benefit with full body training. Plan to punch away from 200 to 400 calories per half hour.

Power Up — This is a mixed class of weight lifting and cardio. Various training methods are incorporated, but primarily HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), to keep class fun and challenging. The class utilizes the whole facility, not just the studio space. This diverse fitness class accommodates all fitness levels from beginners to experts!

Queenax HIIT TrainingTM — Participants will strengthen their core in every exercise they do! This class is all about developing strength and toning to improve your overall ability to function in everyday life. With so many exercises to do, this class is always changing!

Refit Dance® — This is a “movement+music” experi-ence that adds resistance— training elements for a total— body workout. Approximately 600—800 calories are burned in a 1—hour class.

Silver Sneakers® — This is a group exercise class appropriate for older adults who are fit and active as well as those who are unfamiliar with exercise or entering post—rehabilitation programs. Enjoy a positive, upbeat social environment while working out to your own ability. Chairs and equipment for seated exercise are provided for all participants. Contact: Eric Newell, Parks
