A FIRE broke out at a residence near Osage and Highland on Wednesday, Dec. 20 shortly after 10 am. Ponca City Fire Department and the Ponca City Police Department responded. Highland near Osage was blocked off by police to redirect traffic. Firefighters worked to keep the fire contained so that it would not spread to other nearby structures.
