Dearing House Child Advocacy Center is celebrating 20 years of operation since they opened their doors and were first accredited in April of 2003. They kicked off these celebrations with a group of teenage and adult volunteers updating and decorating the fence on the north side of the building. The fence was painted blue with brightly colored geometric shapes throughout.
