THE CANN Memorial Gardens was packed with booths and people for the 49th Ponca City Art Festival on Friday, Sept. 22 and Saturday, Sept. 23. Brilliantly talented work from artists in the area, like Ponca City’s own Red Dirt Rosie, was showcased and up for grabs at the festival this past weekend. (
