It is always great to see visitors come attend our worship services. It is a blessing to see people searching for a place to bring their family for a worship experience. Unfortunately, this probably means that they are seeking to move from a previous place of worship. However, the most important decision made is to keep looking where the Lord wants your family to worship with fellow believers. The Bible has passages that reveal corporate worship is a good situation to find yourself in. One such passage is found in Colossians 3:16-17, “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.” Paul was suggesting that we learn from each other about the goodness of God. We uplift and support each other as we spent time together praise God for all that He has done for us. We can pray for each other as we encounter trying times in our lives. We can rejoice in the victories that come through answered prayer. We also can pray for those situations that bring us grief when we lose loved ones. When you are a Christian and the Lord calls you home, there should be a time of rejoicing as you celebrate the life of one that has cared for you, prayed for you, and been there for you when you needed their prayer support. Life does has good and bad days. It is great when we have the Lord going before us and people praying for us.

Spend time worshiping the Lord. Do not allow Satan to divert your attention from the time you need to be worshiping the Lord.
