In June Prince of Peace Lutheran joined the Shared Ministry of North Central Oklahoma. The Shared Ministry of North Central Oklahoma consists of four churches.

The Kay County Master Gardeners and Gottleb Landscape and Nursery are sponsoring a workshop on October 6 at 9:30 A.M. at the 5th street park pavillion in Ponca City. This workshop is free and open to the public. There will be door prizes. We will learn about succulent care and how to use in fall decorations. OSU Extension Educator, Shannon Mallory, will talk about Common Gardening Problems in Kay County and answer gardening questions.

This year marks the 35th anniversary of Transformers: The Movie, the first theatrical venture for the franchise and (sadly) still the best Transformers movie released. Fathom and Hasbro are releasing the film in theaters nationwide on Sunday Sept.

Supercuts donates supplies to Lincoln — Supercuts recently surprised Lincoln Elementary staff with school supplies for students. Supplies included composition books, crayons, pencils, markers, erasers, glue sticks and pencil bags. The Kingdom Messengers hosted a tent revival the weekend of September 17 – 19, 2021 at the 101 Ranch Rodeo Grounds. Member Angela Barker a said, “The Kingdom of Heaven is here, we wanted to reach out to our neighbors and pray for them to see them physically and emotionally well.” Colette Bair said, “Jesus is the way of the truth and the life, we want to walk and show that love unconditionally.”
