Whole Grain Crackers and Cheese
Makes 4 cracker and cheese sandwiches
Ingredients
• 8 whole grain, baked or reduced fat crackers
• 1 ounce slice low-fat cheese (American, cheddar or swiss)
Equipment
• 1 plate Directions
• Wash hands and surfaces.
• Place crackers on plate.
• Tear cheese slice into four pieces and make four crackers and cheese sandwiches.
• Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
