Suspicious Subject — At 1:15 a.m. Monday a business in the 3100 block of North 14th Street advised someone was outside the building and they wanted them moved along. An officer responded and moved the party along.

Dispute — A subject in the 3200 block of El Camino contacted police at 2:08 a.m. Monday to report a domestic dispute. An officer responded and both parties agreed to separate for the night.

Accident — An accident was reported at Highland and Waverly at 6:50 a.m. Monday. An officer responded and an accident report was taken.

Vandalism — At 8:45 a.m. Monday a subject in the 400 block of Virginia reported vandalism to her fence. An officer responded and a report was taken.

Fraud — Unemployment fraud was reported at 10:20 a.m. Monday in the 1600 block of Blake. An officer responded and a report was taken.

Arrest — A call was received at 10:30 a.m. Monday in the 600 block of Marland Drive reporting a male on the ground. An officer responded and arrested Matthew Richardson for public intoxication.

Protest — A subject in the 2300 block of El Camino contacted police at 10:59 a.m. Monday to report a possible protest that his deceased son’s girlfriends family is planning to have at the house. Options were given. The caller will call back if something happens.

Disturbance — At 11:53 a.m. Monday a subject in the 1200 block of South Ninth Street reported a possible disturbance. An officer responded and advised nothing physical happened and the parties have separated.

Fraud — A subject in the 1500 block of Hudson contacted police at 12:43 p.m. Monday to report fraud. An officer responded and a report was taken.

Arrest — Hugh Lee Terrell was arrested at 12:56 p.m. Monday at Chestnut and Union.

Fraud — Unemployment fraud was reported from an address in Stoneridge at 2:32 p.m. Monday. An officer took a report.

Vandalism — At 3:36 p.m. Monday a subject in the 700 block of East Albany reported graffiti in the area. An officer responded and options were given.

Burglary — A subject in the 1700 block of Leslie Lane contacted police at 4:10 p.m. Monday to report burglary. An officer responded and advised it was a civil matter.

Fighting — At 6:14 p.m. Monday a subject in the 400 block of East Prospect reported two subjects fighting. An officer responded and advised the subjects were gone on arrival.

Fight — A subject in the 1000 block of South Fifth Street contacted police at 7:36 p.m. Monday to report a fight between approximately 20 juveniles. An officer responded and advised it was a verbal dispute.

Trespassing — At 8:41 p.m. Monday a subject in the 400 block of South Franklin advised three subjects were on scene and wanted trespass warnings issued. An officer advised all parties involved were intoxicated. Options were given.

Cat Woes — At 8:58 p.m. Monday a subject in the 200 block of South Osage advised there was a cat under her bed and she has allergies. An officer responded and the cat squatter was evicted from the residence.

Dispute — A subject at Second Street and Summit contacted police at 9:44 p.m. Monday to report a male was choking a female. An officer responded and advised no physical contact. Michael Lucas was arrested from the scene on a city warrant.
