Rockstar and frontman from heavy metal mroup Texas Hippie Coalition James Richard Anderson aka “Big Dad Ritch” stopped by local restaurant Lakeside Grill over the weekend and had himself an XL chicken fried steak.

“I have ate at ma and pa restaurants all over the world, but never have I ate at a place where they took pride and had so much love in what they serve! I will definitely be back!” said lead vocalist “Big Dad Ritch” of Texas Hippie Coalition.

Toby Epperson, Owner of Lakeside Grill, said that he has been a fan for years of Texas Hippie Coalition and he was more than thrilled to meet frontman of the band “Big Dad Ritch”.
