Fire training workshops slated this fall

A WILDFIRE west of Stillwater on April 9, 2009. The wildfire was pushed by high winds that was aided by high grass and cedar tree encrouchment. Four training workshops are schedule this fall to help wildland fire managers learn hwo to use the OK-FIRE website. OK-FIRE is a weather-based, decision support system of the Oklahoma Mesonet.  
STILLWATER — OK-FIRE is an interactive website that serves as a useful tool for wildland fire managers in Oklahoma.
