The county association meeting for OHCE was held Monday, October 28, 2019 at the Blackwell Museum. The theme was Fall Harvest. Decorations were provided by Ella Wenman of Fun & Fundamental and Christina Collins of Nardin. Registration was conducted by Happy Hearts and Homes.
