Braman United Methodist Church Thanksgiving Bazaar announced

The Braman United Methodist Church will hold its annual Thanksgiving Bazaar and Auction November 2.

There will be numerous crafts, pies, rolls, breads, jellies, and many more items for sale in the foyer at 4 pm.

Dinner will be served from 4 to 7 pm, which includes turkey, brisket, dressing, potatoes, gravy, green beans, corn, cranberry salad, homemade pies, rolls, coffee and tea. The cost will be $8.00 for adults, $3.00 for children aged 4 through 11, and children under 4 will be free.

The hand quilted quilts for sale this year include: Flying Geese (102x115) is multi colored on a light background; Two inch squares quilters path (92x104) has a background of off white with greys, browns and green; Star and Crosses (92x104) tans, beige accented with burgundy; Tulip Time (77x85) colorful tulips surrounded by green was donated by Dorothy Tobin. It was made in the 90’s by the church women and an ABC hand quilted beautiful baby quilt; Nature Wilderness (60x80) soothing animal scenes in all flannel; Large Squares (60x80) backed with blue flannel. Many holiday items - red and black Christmas throw, beautiful holiday rug and many other items.

You never know what all will be there to auction so come and be pleasantly surprised and enjoy an evening of good food and fun. The auction will begin at 7 pm with Kris Maple getting the fun started.
