Trespassing - At 12:38 am on Feb. 24, the clerk at Triple T requested an officer in reference to a “Chris” that was trespassed there. Subject was wearing a blue and green jacket, and a Dallas Cowboys beanie. Officer #29 took Christopher Armstrong, 1/76, into custody for trespassing.

Disturbance - At 1:28 am, the reporting party advised he heard a gunshot in the area of 404 W. Hartford. Subjects would not come to the door.

Arrest - At 9:18 am, Officer #47 took Michael Hankins, 07/1988, for local charges of possession of marijuana and carrying an offensive weapon.

Check for Wanted - At 12:50 pm, Officer #47 took Donald Blair, 07/1977, into custody for his Kay County warrants.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle The reporting party requested an officer check the area of 2716 N. 14th for a blue Chevy Cruize with two Indian male subjects. One subject had facial tattoos and the other wore a black ski mask. The reporting party requested an extra patrol. Officer #28 check the area and was unable to locate subjects.

Attempt to Locate - At 4 pm, Bartlesville Police Department was attempting to locate a 2011-style black Chevy Equinox with dark tinted windows and no plate in reference to a bank robbery that had occurred in Bartlesville. Suspect was a skinny white male, approximately 6 foot tall, blue or gray eyes, blonde hair in a ponytail, and wearing a black hoodie with white lettering. Subject made threats to detonate bombs he had placed around the building. If contact is made, use caution and contact the Bartlesville Police Department at 918-388-4001. No further information at this time, attempt to locate will be updated if more information becomes available.

Check for Wanted - At 9:45 pm, the reporting party advised a Ryanna Sylestine was at Popeye’s and has confirmed warrants for domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Officer #53 took Sylestine, 06/2004, into custody.

Fight in Progress - At 11:42 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a large fight in the street at 505 Airline Drive, unknown weapons. Another reporting party advised someone shot off a firearm and left in a gray vehicle. Officer #29 advised the vehicle stopped at Olympia and Highland.

Reckless Driver - At 2:12 am on Feb. 25, Kay County Sheriff’s Office advised of a green 4-door Mazda that was heading northbound on 14th from Harding. Vehicle was swerving and throwing out bottles.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle At 9:11 am, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to suspicious activity that happened earlier in the morning at 901 E. Prospect. The reporting party requested an extra patrol.

Reckless Driver - At 3:09 pm, the reporting party requested an officer check the area for a white Dodge pickup with a possible tag number 600RCZ. Last seen heading northbound from Highway 177 and 60. The reporting party advised it was swerving and almost hit multiple vehicles.

Extra Patrol - At 3:45 pm, an extra patrol was requested in the area of 820 N. Sunset in reference to subjects trying to take the reporting party’s van without his permission. Van was a tan 2013 Chrysler Town and Country.

Reckless Driver - At 6 pm, the reporting party advised of a reckless driver in the area of 1421 E. South Avenue. The vehicle is a red GMC Acadia with the tag LMK094. Last seen northbound.

Burglary - The reporting party requested an officer in reference to her purse that was stolen out of her gray Ford Escape from 109 N. 13th at 6:10 pm.

Reckless Driver - At 7:44 pm, a white Dodge Durango with an unknown tag and the left tail light was burnt out. The vehicle was continuously serving and was last seen northbound to Highway 60.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 10:58 pm, the reporting party advised there was a white car in the driveway at 1928 John. Advised the vehicle was playing loud music and the reporting party wanted it quiet. The home owner called and advised there was a subject there that had assaulted her and left. Officer #55 took Virginia Cook, 27-years old, into custody for domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Man with Weapon - At 12:06 am on Feb. 26, the reporting party advised she saw a subject outside at 2505 E. Hartford. Subject was waving a handgun around at a subject in the parking lot. Then he went inside to Apartment 17. Officer made contact with a resident who advised the subject was there earlier, but was not currently there. They also advised there was no firearm or argument that occurred. Information was taken for a report.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle At 1:34 pm, the reporting party advised of a juvenile running in the area of Ash and South from another group of juveniles that were shooting at them with a pellet gun.

Reckless Driver - At 1:42 pm, a green Kawasaki motorcycle was speeding in the area of 4th and Grand.

Busy - At 2:22 pm, an officer attempted to make contact with a suspect from a domestic at 3501 N. Union. Officer #15 took Kimi McBride, 10/2002, for domestic assault and battery.

Check for Wanted - At 5:13 pm, Michael Moulton was en route to Central and Waverly. Subject has confirmed Kay County warrants for public order violation $5000, two counts. Noble County as well, but they will not place a hold, just advised him of them. Officer #43 took Michael Moulton, 03/1979, into custody for Kay County warrants.

Domestic - At 5:49 pm, the reporting party requested an officer check the area of Elm and Overbrook for two juveniles in the alley to the east of this intersection. The reporting party advised she saw the male kick the female in the chest and now the female was screaming. Male was possibly intoxicated. Officer #44 took Taylor Adams, 07/1993, into custody for local and Osage County warrants.

Reckless Driver - At 6:15 pm, a 911 reporting party advised of multiple cars racing in the area of Ash and Highland. The reporting party was not able to provide descriptions on the vehicles. Officer drove from 1st to Waverly and was unable to locate vehicles.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 7:35 pm, the reporting party requested an officer check the area of 300 S. Lake in reference to a subject that was opening the reporting party’s vehicle doors. Subject was last seen on a bicycle northbound on Lake. Officer #29 took Stephen Bilyeu, 10/1994, into custody for local and Kay County warrants.

Theft/Shoplifting - At 8:34 am on Feb. 27, the reporting party requested options on theft of a firearm from 425 Fairview.

Check for Wanted - Jerry Payne, 9/28/1979, was at 510 W. Highland and has warrants. Officer #48 took Jerry Payne into custody for city warrants for possession of contraband by inmate.

Theft/Shoplifting - At 10:12 am, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a vehicular burglary at 215 N. Ash.

Hit and Run Accident - At 1:07 pm, a minor accident occurred in the drive thru at Braum’s between a black truck and a black Kia. The driver of the black truck refused to provide insurance and fled southbound in the Smith’s parking lot. Vehicle was then behind KFC, before heading toward Bradley. Vehicle had Oklahoma tag COB479. Officer #19 was unable to locate the suspect.

Theft/Shoplifting - At 3:09 pm, the reporting party requested an officer for a report. She advised that she was sold a stolen phone from AT&T. Officer made contact and advised AT&T sold the reporting party a used phone.

Welfare Check - At 5:04 pm, the reporting party advised of three juveniles playing in the roadway at 7th and Hartford.

Accident - At 5:21 pm, a two vehicle accident occurred between two Honda Civics at Elm and Highland. Both pulled into the Stop-N-Go parking lot. No injuries. A state accident report was taken.

Extra Patrol - An extra patrol was requested in the area of 232 Virginia in reference to previous burglaries.

Miscellaneous - At 9:23 pm, the reporting party requested an officer to the back of Marshall’s and advised her son believes there might be a suspicious object in the dumpster. The officer advised the item was part of a deer carcass.
