Assault— A caller requested options on a possible sexual assault that had occurred at Ponca City Discount Foods on the 2400 block of north 14th St. on Tuesday at 9:53 a.m. An officer responded and a report was taken.

Missing Person— A caller requested an officer on Tuesday at 12:13 p.m. in reference to a missing person by the name of Maretha Brown who had not been seen or heard from in about three weeks. A missing person report was made.

Accident— A two vehicle accident occurred on Tuesday at 1:01 p.m. at the intersection of 14th and Grand Ave. An officer responded and the vehicles were moved out of the roadway and one of the vehicles was released to a licensed driver. An accident report was taken.

Theft/Shoplifting— A caller advised of a theft that had occurred at the Triple TTT convenience Store on the 200 block of west Hartford Ave. on Tuesday at 1:32 p.m. The subjects left in a silver car headed northbound on Union St. An officer responded and it was reported that the subject was driving recklessly and doing doughnuts. A report was made.

Arrest— A subject by the name of Jerance Heintz was arrested on the 500 block of north 11th St. on Tuesday at 2:10 p.m. on the charge of violation of regulatory act and was transported to jail. A report was taken.

Accident With Incident— A two vehicle accident occurred on Tuesday at 4:55 p.m. at the intersection of Union and Prospect. Officers responded and Holly Page and Heather Niiha were both arrested and transported to jail for warrants. An accident report was made.

Accident— A two vehicle accident involving a truck and a car occurred in front of Little Caesar’s on the 2700 block of north 14th St. on Tuesday at 7:54 p.m. Officers responded, the car was moved out of the roadway and it is unknown if there were any injuries. An accident report was taken.
