Disturbance— An officer responded to the 500 block of Foster on Monday at 1:48 a.m. in reference to someone hearing a window broken. An officer arrived and it was determined that the resident of the home had locked herself inside of her child’s bedroom and had to break the window. A report was taken.

Hit and Run Accident— A hit and run, two vehicle accident occurred on Monday at 9:03 a.m. at the intersection of Osage and Summit. An officer responded and information was taken and a report was made.

Arrest— An officer responded to the 800 block of north Palm on Monday at 5:50 p.m. pertaining to the arrest of Toni Soutter. The individual was transported to jail and a report was taken.

Disturbance/Arrest— Dispatch requested an officer to the 200 block of south Franklin on Monday at 6:41 p.m. in reference to a female subject who had thrown a rock through a door. The subject had also kicked down the door. An officer responded and Sophia Warrior was arrested for domestic assault & battery in the presence of a minor and for warrants. She was transported to jail and a report was taken.

Accident/Arrest— An officer responded to the intersection of Grand and Waverly on Monday at 9:02 p.m. in reference to a two vehicle accident that had occurred. Both vehicles were on scene, but one male subject got out of a van and ran. He was caught up with by the officer and arrested. The male subject was transported to jail and a report was taken.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle— A caller requested an officer to the 400 block of Redbird Dr. on Monday at 11:18 p.m. in regards to a male subject carrying a guitar and sitting on the caller’s front porch. The subject left on foot and a warrant request was taken for the subject who was identified as David Robb after officers were able to observe the caller’s camera footage.
