This time of year always seems to be busy. Back when my son was still in school (he’s 20 now), I remember how difficult it was to try and eat healthy, work full-time and get dinner on the table. I wouldn’t say he was a terribly picky eater, but his palate has definitely changed since he started eating low-carb. I’m going to stick with simple recipes again in this week’s column…
