During Tuesday night’s USD 470 Board of Education meeting in Arkansas City, school board members unanimously approved delaying school until Sept. 9, 2020. This delay, as recommended by USD 470 Superintendent Dr. Ron Ballard, will allow the district to finalize safety plans while also providing professional development opportunities for staff members.

Dear Annie: I have been dating this guy for almost nine months, and we often talk about getting married.
