A group of 4-Hers converges on the Kay County Extension office on a warm Friday afternoon, Feb. 9. On Feb. 13, just before 8 pm, the Ponca City Police responded to Meadowbrook Village (2900 N. Union Street) in reference to a male yelling outside his residence and threatening to kill a passerby. The male subject made threats to kill police officers as they arrived at the location, then fled into the residence.
