Kenneth L. Goddard of Kaw City passed away on August, 3 2023 surrounded by his loving family. He was born to Rupert and Dorothy Goddard on April 21, 1944. He attended Ponca City Schools and continued with trade school. He became a member of the Sheet Metal Workers Union. In December of 1962, he married Rebecca Lee. To this union, 3 children were born.
