Disturbance - At 12:19 am on Feb. 21, the reporting party advised of four gunshots in the 500 block of S. 9th. Officer advised they found four casings. No victims were found. A report was taken.

Vandalism - At 8:17 am, the reporting party on 911 requested an officer in reference to someone that attempted to break into his apartment at 2201 N. 14th. They did not make entry, just caused damage to the door.

Burglary - At 8:27 am, the reporting party on 911 requested an officer in reference to someone that broke into his truck at 823 N. Oak. Several items were missing and the window was busted out on the driver’s side.

Pick- up Lost/Found - The reporting party at America’s Best Value requested an officer in reference to finding a firearm in Room 116. Advised, it was CO2 powered.

Domestic - At 10:07 am, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a domestic in the area of 1016 N. 2nd. The reporting advised she could hear them fighting.

Traffic Stop - At 10:50 am, a traffic stop occurred in the 300 block of N. Pine. Driver was a Brandon Anderson, 11/10/1980. There was a pursuit and subject fled to an address on S. 7th. Blue Collar took possession of the vehicle. Subject barricaded himself inside 1479 S. 7th. Officer #43 took Anderson into custody for confirmed city and Kay County warrants.

Accident - At 2:34 pm, a two vehicle accident occurred at Oklahoma and Palm. Vehicles were blocking the roadway. No injuries.

Reckless Driver - At 3:03 pm, the reporting party advised of a white Honda with an Oklahoma tag that was driving recklessly at 14th and Highland. Last seen southbound.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 3:46 pm, the reporting party requested an officer check the area of 304 Virginia in reference to a suspicious female subject that came to her residence and asked if her family members were inside. Subject then went and asked the next door neighbor. The reporting party also wanted to contact in reference to possible theft of packages. A 911 reporting party advised there was a female subject laying on the ground near Roosevelt wearing a puffy coat and PJ pants.

Reckless Driver - At 3:49 pm, a 911 reporting party requested an officer in reference to a silver Chevy driving around 85 mph southbound on Pecan. All officers were advised, and Osage County was also notified.

Disturbance - At 10:03 pm, the reporting party advised that someone was yelling in the area of 1014 E. Walnut. Unsure where ti came from. Officer #52 took Seth LeClair, 01/1993, into custody for public intoxication.

Welfare Check - At 2:14 am on Feb. 22, the reporting party advised of two subjects in a possible domestic at a storage unit in town. Subject was driving a white Town and Country van. Officer made contact with these subjects at Chestnut and Pine. Officer #38 took Shane Bledsoe, 6/87, into custody.

Robbery - At 3:18 am, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a robbery at Jiffy Trip. Male was wearing a white mask, grey hoodie, and blue jeans. Subject left toward Prospect. The reporting party was unsure of the vehicle description or the direction of travel.

Reckless Driver - At 7:49 am, the reporting party advised of a white GMC speeding through a school zone. Subject was last seen southbound from Grand and Waverly.

Accident - At 11:09 am, a two vehicle accident between a silver F-250 and a gray Honda Accord occurred at Pioneer Technology Center.

Traffic Stop - A traffic stop occurred in the 100 block of N. Pine at 12:12 pm. Officer #48 took Elvin Fagans, 05/1961, into custody for his Osage County warrants.

Miscellaneous - At 1:34 pm, the reporting party advised of a male running northbound in the 100 block of S. Osage, then went eastbound. Officer #48 took Whitefeather Zotigh, 11/1980, into custody for distribution of controlled dangerous substance, possession with intent, possession of controlled dangerous substance, possession of paraphernalia, possession of medical marijuana without a license, and obstructing an officer.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 2:35 pm, the reporting party advised of a white male with a lime green backpack and a bat yelling that there was a Black male with a gun and making threats at 201 E. Broadway. The reporting party advised they did not see the man the subject with the bat was yelling about.

Accident - At 3:37 pm, a two vehicle accident occurred at 14th and Prospect. No injuries.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle - An employee at Triple T requested an officer in reference to a subject buying a minor alcohol. Subject left in a red pickup in an unknown direction of travel.

Disturbance - At 9:49 pm, the reporting party advised of possibly intoxicated subjects going in and out of the residence at 1308 S. 9th, yelling and making animal noises. The reporting party requested an extra patrol for the night. Another 911 reporting party advised those subjects were now beating on the reporting party’s door and causing a disturbance at 1312 S. 9th. Officer made contact and took information for a domestic report.
