Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 1:31 am on Feb. 20, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a female subject at 600 N. Osage. The reporting party wants the subject to leave. An officer responded to this address, the female was not at the residence.

Disturbance - At 2:28 am, the reporting party advised there is loud music and people arguing at 301 W. Hartford in the above apartment. Officer made contact, male in the apartment was evaluated by Grand Lake and met criteria. Grand Lake took custody of the male.

Disturbance - At 12:34 pm, the reporting party advised of a small child riding a bike in the lot at 1301 E. Prospect. Reporting party advised they saw no parents with the child.

Accident - At 12:41 pm, a vehicle versus pedestrian accident occurred at 14th and Ponca. Accident involved possible minor injuries. EMS was en-route.

Accident - At 3:19 pm, a two vehicle accident occurred at Walmart between a 2013 Malibu and a pickup in the middle entrance. No injuries. The reporting party is unsure if it is a private property accident.

Domestic - At 3:23 pm, the reporting party advised of a possible rolling domestic at 14th and South. The reporting party advised of seeing a male driver yelling at a female passenger and they were continuously swerving. Vehicle was an older model SUV with the tag NDJ791. Officer made contact with the subject and was advised they were having a verbal argument. Nothing physical occurred. They pulled over to talk.

Miscellaneous - The reporting party advised of a basketball goal in the north end of the roadway at Bonnie and Martha. Owners were going to movie it out of the roadway.

Domestic - The reporting party in the 2400 block of Rice advised that their 13-year old son had punched them in the head. No weapons, and the reporting party refused medical. Officer #25 took a 13-year old male into custody for domestic assault and battery. Juvenile was released on an Office of Juvenile Affairs promise to appear and was transported to NOYS.

Disturbance - At 11:55 pm, secondhand information from a reporting party advised that someone was trying to get into the front door at 810 E. Hazel. Officer advised the subject was gone on arrival. The home owner had a security camera and advised they did not try to get into the house.
