Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 4:55 am on Feb. 16, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to someone that was possibly inside a vacant house at 908 E. Central. Residence has not been cleared. The reporting party was on scene. Residence was cleared.

Domestic - At 5 am, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to hearing a domestic at 2201 N. 14th. The reporting party advised both subjects are in the parking lot, before then leaving in an unknown direction.

Welfare Check - At 7:47 am, the reporting party requested a welfare check on a male subject who was having a crisis at 7th and Grand. Subject was a white male with an olive colored coat. Subject was transported by EMS for hypothermia.

Arrest - At 9:41 am, an officer took Kristen McVay-Adams, 1/1990, for city dog violation warrants.

Accident - Solid Waste requested an officer in reference to an accident involving a city vehicle that occurred on Monday, Feb. 13.

Theft/Shoplifting - At 12:14 pm, the reporting party requested option on theft from an ATM machine at 3214 N. 14th. No damage was done. An officer made contact with employees at Leaf King Dispensary who advised they just had a new ATM installed. The old ATMs were in the back in storage. Owner of the ATM was en route and will call when he gets to town.

Accident - A two-vehicle accident occurred at 12:55 pm at 14th and Bradley. Vehicles were in the roadway.

Burglary - The reporting party on 911 advised someone had tried to break into their backdoor at 1313 El Camino at 8:45 pm. Subject ran in an unknown direction. No description on subject. Officer made contact and advised no entry was made. The reporting party requested an extra patrol in the area.

Extra Patrol - At 8:53 pm, an extra patrol was requested in the area of 410 S. Franklin in reference to suspicious subjects in the alley.

Extra Patrol - At 10:04 pm, an extra patrol was requested in the area of 1420 Pioneer Road in reference to suspicious subjects in the area.
