US tracking another mysterious balloon first spotted over Hawaii

The United States’ Department of Defense is tracking another mysterious balloon, initially spotted in the airspace over Hawaii, officials said. “Ownership of the balloon is unknown, but there is no indication that it was maneuvering or being controlled by a foreign or adversarial actor,” a spokesperson told the Honolulu Star Advertiser.

The Parks and Recreation Department, in partnership with Phillips 66, is pleased to announce a new kayak rental kiosk available at Lake Ponca, located south of the swim beach on Checkstand Road. The self-contained, self-serve kiosk further advances the shared goals of the two entities, providing Ponca City with more expansive recreational opportunities.

Mix ginger, garlic powder, soy sauce, and water.

Borderline Connection featured group May 6th starting at 6:30 p.m. at the Ponca City Gospel Jubilee in the Osage. Located at the corner of Howard and H 60. Borderline have appeared several times at the Ponca City Gospel Jubilee and are always loved by the audience. Bringing a mix of old-time gospel music flavored with a touch of bluegrass. Talented artist and musicians that also add a bit of laughter to their program. We hope you will bring the family and enjoy this talented group in our Christian and familyoriented facility. The Jubilee band will then take stage following refreshments and bring a second set of music for the night. The Jubilee Band is a favorite of many, and we always have a wonderful time singing for the Lord. We hope to see you and your family there.

The Ponca City Federated Music Club (PCFMC) is proud to announce its 2023 scholarship winners: Kate Branstetter, Isabelle Willis, Noah Colson, and Abby Davis. The scholarships are funded by endowments held by the PCFMC, and each is in the amount of $1000.
