OTOE-MISSOURIA TRIBAL Police Department K-9 officer Draggo met with Santa Claus at the Newkirk Senior Citizens Center during Newkirk Main Street’s Breakfast with Santa Dec. 16. Draggo is handled by Otoe-Missouria Tribal Police officer Mike Ryan and will retire from service in January 2024.
