Let us always give praise in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. This should be your motto each time you gather in the house of the Lord. We meet each Sunday to begin anew to give thanks for the opportunities that are going to be extended to us in the days and weeks to come. We have a hymn that reminds us to seek revival in our life. It is called “Revive Us Again.” It starts out like this: “We praise thee O God, for the Son of thy love, for Jesus who died and is now gone above. And a chorus follows: “Hallelujah! Thine the glory. Hallelujah! Amen. Hallelujah! Thine the glory. Revive us again.” Hallelujah is just another way of saying “praise the Lord.” We must always give all praise, honor, and glory to our Lord. I hope you remind yourself often about the things that you need to praise the Lord for. I’m afraid that too often people do not offer the Lord enough praise for what He is doing in their life. I would challenge you to pause just for a few minutes to review what the Lord has done in your life. Think about things that he has brought you through. Remember the times that you ask him to do something special for you. Did you say, “Thank You Lord” when the Lord did it. He’s your great provider. I hope you’ve been reminded that God’s word informs you that He will provide all your need according to His riches in glory. Regardless of what day you are reading this article, please be aware that Sunday is coming. Will you be going to attend the church of your choice to give the Lord praise for what he has done, is doing, and will do for you. My friend, please be proactive by communicating with your Lord how blessed you are. That is how you give Him praise.
