The third of six session in a series called “Living with Alzheimer’s” will be held at the Carolyn Renfro Event Center located at 445 Fairview in Ponca City. A light lunch will be served at 11:30 am and the program will begin at noon.

Jacob Guinan, Community Outreach Coordinator for the Alzheimer’s Association Tulsa & NE Oklahoma, is the educator for this session and will discuss the symptoms and care needs that arise in the middle stage of Alzheimer’s Disease, as well as the relationship changes that occur within families as the disease progresses. He will also discuss planning for emergencies and managing challenging behaviors.
