Arrest — At 12:05 a.m. Tuesday a subject in the 200 block of Hillside advised a male subject was walking around the area. Officers responded and arrested Carlos Lopez on county warrants.

————— Burglary — A subject in the 500 block of South Franklin contacted police at 2:10 a.m. Tuesday to advise her house was broken into. An officer responded and a report was taken. The subject called back at 3:18 a.m. to report her stolen vehicle was in the driveway with someone inside. Officers responded and arrested Paris Roy from the scene for petit larceny and failure to pay warrants.

————— Fraud — An unemployment fraud report was taken at 8:02 a.m. Tuesday from the 1800 block of East Woodlands Road.

————— Burglary — A subject in the 200 block of Virginia contacted police at 9:08 a.m. Tuesday to report two vehicles were broken into. An officer responded and a report was taken. —————

Transport — At 9:11 a.m. Tuesday two subjects were transported from the jail in Ponca City to the Kay County Detention Center. Those transported were Ryan Ohera, 31, for driving while suspended and Roberto Quintana, 32, for public intoxication.

—————Arrest — A subject in the 500 block of South Lincoln contacted police at 10:23 a.m. Tuesday to report his son hit his fiancee. Officers arrested the juvenile male from the scene.

—————Extra Patrol — At 12:22 p.m. Tuesday a subject in the 500 block of West Otoe reported burglary from a garage. A report was taken and extra patrol was requested.

—————Trespass Warning — At 12:31 p.m. Tuesday a subject in the 1400 block of West Highland advised a male subject has been knocking on her door for the past 10 minutes. An officer responded and a trespass warning was issued.

—————Burglary — At 5:26 p.m. Tuesday a subject was in the lobby of the police department to report a burglary. An officer was assigned and a report was taken.

————— Domestic — A subject in the 2900 block of North Union contacted police at 8:39 p.m. Monday to report a physical domestic between two males. An officer responded and a report was taken for assault and battery.

————— Theft — At 2:50 a.m. Wednesday a subject in the 300 block of West Grand reported a male stole some items and took off on a bicycle. An officer was assigned and a report was taken.

————— Arrest — A subject at Ash and Central contacted police at 4:09 a.m. Wednesday to report a nude male walking in the yard. Officers responded and arrested Luciano Cerda, 49, for public intoxication. —————

Domestic — At 9:23 a.m. Wednesday a subject in the 1400 block of McGraw reported a physical domestic. Information was taken for a warrant request.
