May 20, 2023 Disturbance - At 2:34 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a subject causing a disturbance at Timbers Apartments. Officer #18 took David Eguia, 03/2001, into custody for confirmed Kay County warrants for felony robbery.

Reckless Driver - At 4:49 pm, the reporting party advised of a brown 2012 single cab Chevy truck, with a toolbox in back, that almost wrecked into multiple vehicles going eastbound from the South Avenue underpass. The reporting party advised the vehicle hit multiple curbs, and has the license plate GHS377.

Disturbance - At 9:57 pm, the reporting party at Timbers Apartment requested an officer in reference to someone busting her window out with a rock.

Extra Patrol - At 10:18 pm, the reporting party requested an extra patrol in the area of McFadden and Osage in reference to speeders.

Disturbance - At 10:37 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to two gunshots and someone screaming in the 200 block of N. Sunset. Advised that there was the smell of firework powder in the air at Sunset and Chestnut. Officer was unable to located the problem half.

Disturbance - At 11:01 pm, the reporting party advised of a male knocking on the door and trying to get in at the Timbers Apartments. Officer took Javier Higine, 04/2003, into custody for public intoxication.

Accident - At 11:03 pm, the reporting party advised of a red SUV that crashed in the alley between 5th and 6th, behind the third house. Vehicle sped out of the alley and took a right, then south on 6th. An officer took Leanna Allen, 10/1991, for aggravative DUI, assault and battery on an officer, and left of center. NNP Warners towed the vehicle.

May 21, 2023 Prowler - At 12:46 am, the reporting party advised of a suspicious silver Saturn parked in the 400 block of S. Elm. The reporting party thinks people came out of it and were walking around stealing from cars. An officer field interviewed two juveniles and released them to their guardians.

Disturbance - At 2:42 am, the reporting party advised of hearing gunshots to the east of 220 S. Franklin.

Disturbance - At 2:59 am, the reporting party advised someone shot out her car windows at 430 S. Elm.

Vandalism - At 3:08 am, the reporting party advised of someone threw a tequila bottle through their window at 1114 N. Ash.

Stolen Vehicle - At 11:14 am, the reporting party in the lobby requested an officer in reference to letting a friend borrow their car. The friend returned home, but the car did not. Vehicle was entered into NCIC.

Fight in Progress - At 11:45 am, the reporting party on 911 requested an officer in reference to someone jumping him near the Dollar Tree at 2616 N. 14th.

Disturbance - At 3:27 pm, an officer was out with two subjects possibly having an argument at 2nd and Walnut. Officer #22 took a 17-year old juvenile into custody for domestic assault and battery. Juvenile was released at 4:17 pm.

Domestic - At 4:52 pm, the reporting party advised of an assault in the area of 1114 N. Sunset. Officer #55 took Walter Roquemore, 5/26/1959, into custody for domestic assault and battery.

Field Interview - At 8:14 pm, a field interview was conducted with a group of subject doing burnouts in front of the Subway at 214 W. Grand. They advised they would stop.

Trespassing - At 10:12 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to two males needing to be removed from her backyard in the 300 block of W. Gary. Subjects were moved along, and option given on a civil matter.

Disturbance - At 10:21 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a possible domestic in the area of 408 E. Cherry Avenue. The reporting party advised they were all out in the street, and two of the three subjects left prior to officer’s arrival. Advised, it was all verbal.

Disturbance - At 10:36 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to someone messing with her neighbors truck. The reporting party requested an officer check the area of 1509 E. Oklahoma, and perform an extra patrol.
