March 17, 2023 Arrest - At 12:28 am, the reporting party advised of an Eisabella Quilimaco, 10/29/2001, that was in the area of 1624 S. 10th and has confirmed Kay County warrants for felony assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy for $25,000. Unable to get to the front door because of large dogs on the porch. Negative contact with home owner.

Field Interview - At 2:01 am, a field interview occurred at Triple T. Officer #53 took Bobby Sherman, 8/74, into custody for public order violation x3, carrying a weapon, drugs or alcohol into jail.

Disturbance - At 5:51 am, K14 advised of hearing three to four gunshots in the area of Redbird and Oriole. Advised, they would search the area. No additional calls were made in reference to gunshots.

Burglary - At 9:02 am, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to the shop at 317 S. Pine that was broken into and had numerous items stolen.

Stolen Vehicle - At 12:01 pm, the reporting party advised that a white 2017 Toyota Rav 4 was stolen within the last 30 minutes from Walmart. Vehicle was eventually located.

Welfare Check - At 3:17 pm, the reporting party requested a welfare check on an Indian male wearing a blue sweater at 14th and Otoe that was yelling at passerbys and possibly intoxicated.

Welfare Check - At 5:23 pm, the reporting party advised of three juveniles running back and forth across Highland at Birch and Highland. The reporting party did not see any adults around.

Reckless Driver - At 6:45 pm, the reporting party advised of a small white SUV with two female subjects that was driving recklessly at 5th and Central. Reporting party advised they ran two red lights and was last seen southbound on 5th.

Welfare Check - At 8:13 pm, the reporting party requested a welfare check on a male laying on the stairs at 301 W. Hartford. Subject was possibly intoxicated. Officer #34 took Morris Page, 09/1993, into custody for public intoxication.

Arrest - At 10:41 pm, an officer took Max Escudero, 23, into custody for city warrants for petit larceny, public intoxication, and escape from arrest.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 11:28 pm, the reporting party advised of a dark colored four door car that had been sitting in front of 3721 Goldenrod for half an hour. The reporting party thinks it is suspicious due to car burglaries in the area lately. The reporting party called back and advised the subjects went into a residence.

March 18, 2023 Reckless Driver - 2:21 am, K14 advised that Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) advised of a dark colored Dodge Challenger traveling at 125 mph toward Ponca City. They were not in pursuit. OHP continued southbound out of jurisdiction with Kay County Sheriff’s Office.

Reckless Driver - At 4:04 am, Officer #53 witnessed a black Chevy truck driving southbound at a high rate of speed at Prospect and Union.

Hit and Run Accident - At 9:04 am, a two vehicle accident at South and 14th. A blue Chevy Tahoe left northbound on 14th. Accident resulted in no injuries.

Theft/Shoplifting - At 9:33 am, an employee at Ponca City Discount Foods requested an officer in reference to a shoplifting that occurred 15 minutes prior. Employee has them on camera.

Burglary - At 11:45 am, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to an exhalf that broke in and stole her things at 1609 Queens.

Disturbance - At 6:39 pm, the reporting party advised of juveniles riding dirt bikes down the street in the 1200 block of S. 9th for about two hours.

Theft/Shoplifting - At 6:45 pm, an employee at Hobby Lobby requested an officer in reference to a male shoplifting. Male was wearing a gray shirt and black pants. Officer made contact with the male, the merchandise was returned. The store declined to file charges.

Accident - At 7:23 pm, a two vehicle accident with no injuries occurred in the roadway at Bradley and Fairview.

Welfare Check - A caller advised of a male laying on the ground at Lake Ponca next to a silver LTD. NNP Blue Collar towed the vehicle. Officer took Donald Godfrey, 2/1958, into custody for DUI.

Extra Patrol - At 8:25 pm, the reporting party requested an extra patrol in reference to heavy drug traffic in the 400 block of N. Palm.

Disturbance - At 10:40 pm, the reporting party requested an officer to remove an intoxicated female at 839 N. Elm. Officer #55 took Cecelia Flores, 2/1973, into custody for domestic assault and battery, and aggravated assault and battery on a police officer.
