Disturbance — At 9:12 a.m. Friday a subject in the 300 block of South Palm reported a gunshot in the area. An officer responded and advised a transformer blew.

Fraud — A fraud report was taken at 9:16 a.m. Friday in the 100 block of North Irving.

Theft — At 11:13 a.m. Friday a subject reported stolen property. An officer was assigned and a warrant request was taken.

Fraud — A subject in the 100 block of Elmwood requested to speak to an officer at 11:51 a.m. Friday in reference to fraud. An officer took a report.

Theft — A subject in the 1300 block of West Hubbard Road contacted police at 2:54 p.m. Friday to report part of his fence was stolen. An officer was assigned and a report was taken.

Suspicious Subject — At 5:37 p.m. Friday a subject at Donner and Turner contacted police to report a male subject was sitting behind a bush watching a little girl play. An officer advised the subject was doing yard work and sat down to wait on his boss.

Loud Music — A loud music complaint was made in the 300 block of South Elm at 6:23 p.m. Friday. An officer told the subjects to keep it quiet.

 

Arrest — During a traffic stop at 8:58 p.m. Friday a traffic stop was initiated at Fifth Street and Hartford. Brady Perkins, 44, was arrested from the scene for interfering, default tag light and improper right turn.

Arrest — A 911 call at 3:46 a.m. Saturday was made from the 2200 block of North 14th Street where a caller was screaming and then the phone disconnected. Officers responded and arrested Jorge Carrasco, 20, for domestic assault and battery in the presence of a minor.

Burglary — At 8 a.m. Saturday a subject in the 1000 block of West Prospect reported the building was broken into during the night. A report was taken.

Burglary — At 10:49 a.m. Saturday a subject in the 1500 block of Crawford reported a vehicle was broken into. An officer advised the subject refused to file a report but requested extra patrol.

Burglary — A subject in the 2200 block of North Ash reported a burglary at 10:56 a.m. Saturday. An officer responded and a report was taken.

Theft — A subject in the 1000 block of North Osage contacted police at 11:38 a.m. Saturday to report theft. An officer was assigned and a report was taken.

Disturbance — At 2:46 p.m. Saturday a subject in the 300 block of West Hartford reported a verbal domestic dispute. An officer responded and advised both subjects have calmed down.

Report Taken — At 3:09 p.m. Saturday a subject at 1 Checkstand reported a disturbance near the beach. The subject claimed someone might have a gun but didn’t point it at anyone. Information was taken for a report.

Disturbance — A 911 call was made at 8:06 p.m. Saturday in the 300 block of South Lake reporting his mother had a pair of scissors and was trying to cut his tires. Officers responded and advised no scissors were found and it was a civil issue.

In Custody — An officer advised he was out with a subject on a bike at 8:23 p.m. Saturday at Broadway and Pine. Marquise Carbajal, 29, was arrested on county warrants.

Disturbance — At 9:55 p.m. Saturday a subject in the 500 block of Airline reported a truck tried to pass her incorrectly and the subject started shooting a gun in the air. Kay County was advised. Officers collected one shell to enter into evidence. A report was taken.

Arrest — Kevin Gomex, 29, was arrested at 10:43 p.m. Saturday at Highland and Virginia for no driver’s license and possession of a firearm.

Arrest — A physical domestic was reported between a mother and son at 12:51 a.m. Sunday in the 2200 block of North 14th Street. Kent Woodrow, 21, was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

Vandalism — A subject in the 300 block of South 10th Street contacted police at 10:05 a.m. Sunday to report vandalism to vehicles. A report was taken.

Burglary — At 8:09 p.m. Saturday a subject in the 800 block of Edgewood advised burglary to his home while he was gone. Information was taken for a report.

Theft — A subject in the 1500 block of Queens advised a laptop was stolen from the vehicle overnight at 8:25 p.m. Sunday. Information was taken for a report.

Arrest — Karisa Fergason, 36, was arrested at 10:16 p.m. Sunday from the 300 block of South Seventh Street for domestic assault and battery and child abuse.

Vandalism — A subject in the 900 block of South Ninth Street contacted police at 3:13 a.m. Monday to report a subject just busted out the window to his vehicle. An officer responded and a warrant request was taken for a female subject.
