On Wednesday 9/23/2020 at approximately 23:45 hours, the Osage County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call of a non responsive male subject at a residence located by Bartlesville, in Osage County. Deputies responded along with Bartlesville EMS and Bartles ville Police Department. The victim, identified as Ryan Brown, was pronounced dead on scene.
