This female tortie is this week’s cat of the week. Rita is the definition of gorgeous and mysterious. She is beautiful and you never quite know what is going on in her head. That being said, she is a very sweet and loving cat. Rita can be nervous at first when meeting new people, but once she comes out of her shell she is extremely friendly. She loves to love and would be incredibly happy as a lap cat. Rita is 2 years old, so she has a long happy life left to live. She has been at Northern Oklahoma Humane Society since Sept. 6 of 2022 and is looking for her forever family. With her gorgeous golden eyes and unique markings, she is sure to draw people in and she is more than deserving of that attention. She would be a wonderful addition to any family in need of a little more love in their lives. This week’s dog of the week is the gorgeous girl, Bailey. Bailey id a 2 year old shepherd mix who has been with the Northern Oklahoma Humane Society for the past month. Bailey is a hilarious dog with a very spunky personality. She is incredibly sweet and loving with an insane amount of energy. Bailey is a medium size dog and currently weighs 35 pounds. All she wants is for someone to play with and love her for the rest of her days. Because she is extremely treat driven, Bailey would more than likely be easily trained. As stated before, Bailey has a lot of energy and she need a home where she would be able to let out some of that energy. She would be a very entertaining and loving addition to a home and is looking for a family to call her own.
