7/14/1963 to 3/30/2023 Jeff passed away in his home on March 30th with his wife and grandson by his bedside. He was dearly loved by his family and friends and will be greatly missed .

Jeff loved to joke around and tease. He was never without a story or an unbelievable tall tale! His laugh was infectious and he reveled in making people smile.

He worked many jobs throughout his life, but his favorite was as a bingo caller at Kaw Southwind Casino. He enjoyed that for many years! After retiring from there Jeff enjoyed substitute teaching in the Newkirk school district. He was highly requested and absolutely loved teaching, and even received Substitute Teacher of the Year.

In 2011 Jeff and Kris met and dated for 6 years, and in 2017 were united in marriage. They have spent the last 3 years doing door dash together, receiving dasher of the month many times.

Jeff was preceded in death by his father James (Jim) Fowler, and his mother Pat Fowler.

Jeff leaves behind his loving wife Kristen Fowler, and his loving grandson Deaven Murray, who both took care of him these last few months. His granddaughter Miranda Sutton, his brother James and his wife Becky of Chandler, OK, and his brother Trent and his wife Roxy of Chandler, OK. Many Aunts, Uncles, nieces and nephews and cousins, and his special puppy girl Hazel. He was so loved and will be missed by all who knew him.

Jeffery Scott Fowler’s celebration of life will be held Saturday May 20th at Osage Heights Baptist Church located at 142 Tapp Road at 2 pm in Ponca City. Please come and celebrate Jeff’s life with us.
