Regina Suzanne (Stolhand) Roller passed away January 2, 2024 peacefully at her home during the night. She was born August 29, 1944 in Ponca City, Oklahoma, the daughter of Mary and Harold Stolhand. She is survived by her son Joshua Roller of the home, a grandson James Hansen of Orange, MA, her older brother Ray(Melissa) Stolhand, of Overland Park, KS, nephew Greg(Paula) Stolhand, Geneva IL, a niece, Julie(Chad) Homsey, Overland Park, KS, a nephew Bret(Melissa) Stolhand. Farmersville, TX, 5 grandnephews and 4 grandnieces, and her former husband Gary Roller, Conroe TX. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Stephanie Roller, her parents Mary and Harold Stolhand and a brother Joseph Glenn Stolhand.

Suzanne attended St Mary’s School for 12 years and graduated in 1962. She sang with a triple trio group and was in the Church choir. After High School she attended Northern Oklahoma Junior College and then spent a year at Oklahoma State University, before beginning a career with Continental Oil as a secretary. During this time she decided to branch out and transferred to the Credit Department for Conoco in Kansas City for a time. But the call of home was strong and she returned to Ponca City. She made some life long friends there including her husband, Gary Roller. After her marriage, Gary’s job involved multiple transfers around the country, some on very quick notice, which ended with a final move to Houston, TX. where they raised their children. Suzanne subsequently moved to Montgomery. TX for the balance of her life. She was employed for a long time with EG&G, a Contractor for the U.S. Government who handled auctions of surplus and confiscated materials. She enjoyed several groups of lady friends and neighbors for cards, board games and book clubs She battled various physical ailments until several years ago, she finally had a Doctor who straightened out all her medicines and for the last several years was in a much better physical place.

Funeral arrangements are pending for her burial at the family plot at Resthaven Sunset Memorial Garden in Ponca City, OK. She selected Cremation.
