Curtis Dean Cavanaugh, 35, beloved Husband, Father, Son, Brother, and Uncle left this life on December 19th, 2022. Curtis was born to Ronnie Wayne Cavanaugh and Ronda Dee Cavanaugh of Blackwell, OK. He was born on March 21st 1987 in Blackwell, OK.

He was class of 2005 at Blackwell High School. Curtis was raised in Blackwell and moved to Ponca City as a young adult. Curtis graduated from Northern Oklahoma College with a Digital Media, Animation, and Design degree.

He met Jessi Cavanaugh early in life at the age of 16 and they got married on September 21st, 2011. They had 3 beautiful children. Camden age 9, Cara age 6, and Carly age 2. He also had a very special place in his heart for his nephew Todd Vore, age 7. Curtis was an amazing father and husband. He was devoted to his family and went above and beyond to make sure his children received the best the world has to offer.

Curtis is survived by Parents Ronnie Wayne Cavanaugh and Ronda Dee Cavanaugh. Brother Shawn Cavanaugh, SIL Kortni Cavanaugh and their four children.

Curtis was preceded in death by Maternal Grandparents Mona June Dixon, Curtis “Bob” Joe Davis, and Junior Dixon. Paternal Grandparents Patsy Ruth Cavanaugh and Hubert Dean Cavanaugh.

Services are at the Carolyn Renfro Event Center 445 Fairview Ave, Ponca City, OK December 28th at 3pm. All are welcome.
