June 28, 2023 Accident - At 12:15 am, the reporting party advised of a one vehicle accident at 14th and Hubbard, no injuries. The vehicle was in the ditch on the southwest corner. Accident was outside jurisdiction, but Oklahoma Highway Patrol was advised and the vehicle was pushed out of the ditch.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 8:56 am, Code Enforcement requested an officer in reference to possible squatters at 317 N. Pine. Subject was moved along.

Disturbance - At 11:33 am, an employee at Smith Home Furnishings requested an officer in reference to a disturbance between a male and a juvenile on the south side of the building.

Hit and Run Accident - An employee at Tractor Supply requested an officer in reference to a hit and run. Victim was in a green 1998 Chevy. Suspect was in a yellow truck.

Options - At 4:59 pm, the reporting party requested option on fraud at 2720 N. 14th. Officer #25 took Trayvon Davis, 11/1994, into custody for possession of medical marijuana without a license and obtaining cash or merchandise under false pretense.

Accident - At 5:35 pm, a private property accident occurred at 2407 N. 14th.

Miscellaneous - At 7:39 pm, debris was removed from the roadway at 5th and Park. A cardboard box was left on the northwest side of the intersection.

June 29, 2023 Field Interview - At 12:45 am, an officer was out with two juvenile females in the 100 block of Hillside. Officer transported the juveniles to a residence at Overbrook.

Miscellaneous - At 3:14 am, an intoxicated reporting party wants an officer to help her find her vehicle.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 7:24 am, the reporting party advised of a female that was seen getting into vehicles in the lot at 513 W. Highland, then went into the apartment behind there. Subject was issued a trespass warning. Officer #38 took Tiana Harvey, 05/1988, into custody for Kay County warrants for grand larceny, possession of controlled substance, and a hold for Muscogee- Creek Nation Lighthorse Tribal Police.

Disturbance - 12:50 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a male wearing a gray shirt and shorts videoing the reporting party’s residence in the area of 727 S. 10th. The reporting party asked him to stop, he then started causing a disturbance. Officer #34 took Scott Allen, 04/1977, into custody for Kay County warrants for domestic abuse in the presence of a minor.

Prisoner Transport - At 2:07 pm, two adults were transported to Kay County Sheriff’s Office. Officer #34 took Daniel Morales, 05/1982, into custody for failure to comply with insurance law, and operating without being licensed; and with Denisa Duvall, 11/1976, for driving under suspension, unauthorized use of credit and/or debit card, larceny of merchandise from retailer or wholesaler and accumulation of weeds and grass.

Sick/Injured Person - At 4:46 pm, a male subject drowned and was not breathing at 301 W. Hartford. CPR was in progress.

Theft/Shoplifting - At 6:12 pm, Asset Protection at Walmart requested an officer in reference to two females under ringing their items. Officer #20 took Jamieene Littmann, 05/1984, for conspiracy to commit misdemeanor, and trespassing.

Theft/Shoplifting - At 9:08 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a stolen gun. No report for now, they advised they need to gather more information.
