March 15, 2023 Man with Weapon - At 2:18 am, the reporting party advised his neighbor’s friend was screaming outside at 106 S. Elm and the problem half said he had a gun. Subject left eastbound on Grand. Subject was a white male wearing all black. Officer made contact, no weapons or threats.

Field Interview - At 3:06 am, a field interview occurred at the Lake Ponca Sailboat Marina. Officer #32 took Elijah Johnson, 3/03, into custody for domestic assault and battery by strangulation, burglary - second degree, kidnapping, actual physical control, and protective order violation.

Assault - At 3:55 am, the ER staff requested an officer in reference to a patient that was assaulted by nine people. Patient was hit with a board and was transported to the ER for skinned knees. Subject met criteria and was transported by Grand Lake.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 8:08 am, the reporting party advised there was a gray Dodge Ram at 2100 N. Union by the 1200 building. Officer #38 took Jeremy Vaughn, 11/1984, into custody for taxes due to state, failure to comply with compulsory insurance, possession of controlled dangerous substance without tax stamp, and driving while suspended (DUS) or revoked (DUR).

Theft/Shoplifting - The reporting party advised of an ex-half that broke into her garage sometime the prior evening in the 1600 block of Queens. The reporting party advised they finalized their divorce and he has been irate. Subject was not on scene.

Disturbance - At 12:23 pm, an employee at Ashley Inn advised of a verbal disturbance with two subjects there. Officer #47 advised the problem half left prior to arrival. Female half was not cooperative.

Assault - At 12:49 pm, the reporting party advised of a male and female in a physical domestic at 1115 E. Prospect near a van. Subjects were still on scene. Disturbance was now all verbal.

Busy - At 3:07 pm, an officer was looking for an individual in the 300 block of N. Elm. Individual was taken into custody by Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control (OBN). Officer #23 took Shannon Buesing, 03/1963, for Kay County warrants, and with Amy Leaming, 08/1972, for local warrants.

Options - At 5:31 pm, the reporting party requested options on speeders. Options given, the reporting party requested an extra patrol in the area of 2416 Meadow Lane in reference to speeders.

Extra Patrol - At 8:35 pm, the reporting party requested an extra patrol in the area of 204 S. Lincoln in reference to suspicious activity and previous break-ins in the area.

Fire - At 9:30 pm, a structure fire occurred in a trailer in the back alley behind 413 S. 6th. The fence was also on fire.

Arrest - At 10:46 pm, Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) took Regina Sfragidas, 05/1972, into custody for local warrants.
